Terms of Service
These terms outline how Heavenly Tan delivers mobile spray tanning services, what you can expect from us, and the responsibilities we mutually agree to when you book an appointment.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing heavenlytanning.com, booking an appointment, or receiving services from Heavenly Tan, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent if 16–17) and agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any section, please refrain from using our services.
What Our Mobile Services Include
We bring the studio to you in San Diego, CA and Kalispell, MT.
- Custom spray tanning application using professional equipment, tent, barrier creams, and protective gear.
- Color consultation, solution selection, and contouring adjustments tailored to your skin undertone.
- Prep walkthrough and aftercare coaching to extend the life of your glow.
- Optional express rinse or rapid-develop formulas (when available) for event timelines.
Booking, Deposits & Payments
Scheduling
- Reserve online through Square Appointments or contact us by inquiry for concierge scheduling.
- A valid credit or debit card is required to secure every appointment and protect against late cancellations.
- Group sessions or on-location events may require a signed agreement outlining travel logistics and minimum headcount.
Deposits & Fees
- A non-refundable deposit may be charged at booking and applied to your final balance.
- Travel outside our standard radius (15 miles from the listed service hubs) may incur a travel fee.
- Gratuities are appreciated but never required and can be added during checkout in Square.
Accepted payment methods
- Cash, major credit and debit cards, contactless payments, and prepaid Square invoices.
- Full payment is due at the conclusion of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rescheduling, Cancellations & Late Arrivals
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel without penalty.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total service cost.
- If we must reschedule due to illness, severe weather, or unforeseen travel conditions, deposits transfer to the new appointment.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide a clean, well-ventilated area large enough for our pop-up tent and equipment.
- Ensure parking or unloading access within a reasonable distance of the appointment location.
- Keep pets and young children away from the service area for their safety and ours.
- Follow all preparation guidelines (exfoliation, shaving timelines, product removal) before the technician arrives.
- Disclose any recent skin treatments, injuries, or medications that may affect your tan.
Health & Safety
Contraindications
- We cannot perform services on clients with active sunburns, open wounds, untreated skin infections, or contagious illnesses.
- Pregnant or nursing clients should consult their healthcare provider before booking; written clearance may be requested.
- Minimum service age is 16 with guardian consent and presence; 18+ may book independently.
Protective measures
- Disposable nose filters, lip balm, and eye protection are offered at every session.
- Our technicians wear gloves and masks, sanitize equipment between appointments, and follow state cosmetology hygiene standards.
- A clean towel or mat should be provided by the client for floor protection inside the tent.
Spray tanning is cosmetic only and should not be considered medical treatment. Contact your physician if you experience any adverse reaction.
Results & Liability
- Individual results vary based on skin type, preparation, and aftercare. We do not guarantee specific shades or longevity.
- Staining of fabrics, bedding, or property can occur; clients should protect surfaces and wear dark, loose-fitting clothing.
- Liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
- Touch-ups requested due to client preparation or aftercare issues may incur additional fees.
Intellectual Property & Media
All website content, branding, photography, and educational materials are owned by Heavenly Tan. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these assets without prior written permission. By granting explicit consent, you allow us to share before/after photography for marketing. Consent can be revoked at any time.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California for services performed in California and by the laws of the State of Montana for services performed in Montana. Any disputes will be handled in the county where the appointment took place, unless both parties agree to mediation or arbitration elsewhere.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically to reflect new services, pricing, or regulatory requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated via email or booking notifications.
